1WHAT DOES “SOFT”, “MEDIUM” AND “HARD” MEAN?
These are the different platinum silicone shore hardness scales that you can find in our products. 2WHAT ARE THE TOYS MADE OFF?
We make all our products using only quality body safe materials: platinum cure silicone from Smooth-On, cosmetic grade mica and silicone pigments.
3HOW WILL MY PURCHASES BE SENT TO ME?
Your purchase will be sent in a discreet plain cardboard box.
4DO YOU SHIP DISCREETLY?
YES, YOUR PURCHASE WILL BE SENT IN A DISCREET CARDBOARD BOX, WITH NO INDICATION OF WHAT IS INSIDE. SOME OF OUR TOYS WILL ALSO INCLUDE A SOFT PINK VELVET BAG, TO STORE YOUR TOY.
5WHAT LUBES CAN I USE WITH YOUR PRODUCTS?
We only recommend water based lubes. Silicone based lubes or hybrid lubes containing silicone may damage your product.
6HOW DO I STORE MY TOYS?
Do not store next to other toys that are not made of silicone. Toys made of other materials may harm our platinum silicone toys. For long term storage it is advisable to wrap each one with a piece of cloth separately. Storing toys together touching each other may cause their colors to blend.
7HOW DO I CLEAN MY TOYS
Just wash them with hot water and soap.
8WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?
SPAIN 48-72 HRS EUROPE 7-10N DAYS WORLDWIDE 2-6 WEEKS, DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY. TAKE IN CONSIDERATION THAT IN COUNTRIES LIKE THE UNITED STATES, IT MIGHT TAKE A BIT LONGER TO DELIVER DUE TO CUSTOMS.
